Report harmful or illegal content
Use this form if you believe content on Riskly (for example an Organisation Reporting submission or uploaded file) is unlawful or harmful. This process supports our obligations as an online content host under New Zealand law, including the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015.
What happens next
We review reports about content others posted through Riskly. If we can identify the author, we notify them and allow time for a response under the statutory process. We do not judge whether content is unlawful; we follow the process set out in law. For objectionable material, we act as soon as practicable when we become aware of it.
If your report is about workplace hazards or incidents at a specific employer, contact that organisation first. They are responsible for their records. Use this form when the issue is content hosted on Riskly itself.
